Terms of service

These terms apply to masjids and mahals that subscribe to Ente Mahal, and to their staff and members who use it.
1. The service
Ente Mahal is web and mobile software for managing a masjid’s members, finances, madrasa and community activities. Features available depend on the plan chosen.
2. Accounts and access
The masjid committee is responsible for who it gives staff logins to, for keeping passwords private, and for the accuracy of the records it enters. Tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been misused.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed for the period agreed at onboarding. If a subscription lapses, access may be restricted until it is renewed; your data is not deleted immediately. [Owner: add billing, renewal, refund and GST terms.]
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to upload content you have no right to share, or to try to access another masjid’s data.
5. Your data
The masjid owns its data. You can request an export of it at any time during the subscription and for a period afterwards, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. [Owner: add limitation of liability and governing law, e.g. courts of Kerala.]
