Is our data safe? Is it backed up?

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), every staff action is recorded in an audit log, and the accounting journal is hash-chained so silent edits are detectable. The database is a managed service with automated daily backups.

Can other masjids see our data?

No. Every masjid has its own isolated data and its own logins. Members only see their own family’s records.

How is Zakat handled?

Zakat is collected into a restricted fund with its own balance. It cannot be spent from general expenses by mistake, and the fund register shows exactly where it went.

What kind of receipts does it issue?

Numbered receipts for fees, donations, rent and auctions from one register, with no gaps. Each receipt has a QR code anyone can scan to verify it. Cancellations need a reason and the Mosque Admin’s approval.

Do you train our committee? What about support?

Yes. Setup includes a guided demo and hands-on training for your office staff, and we help import your existing members. After you go live, support is by phone and WhatsApp during working hours.

What do we need to run it? Does it need fast internet?

A laptop, tablet or phone with a normal mobile-data or broadband connection and a modern browser. There is nothing to install for the office; members use the Android app.

Is there a mobile app for members?

Yes, an Android app is available. We share the download link with your members after onboarding. An iOS version is planned.

Is it available in Malayalam?

Yes. The admin portal has an English | മലയാളം switch on every page, the member app is fully in Malayalam, and receipts and certificates print in English, Malayalam or both — the masjid chooses.
